Ok, this week, I am actually giving an assignment with the theme.

Pick an image (doesn't have to be a photo) that you like but didn't take, and then you go and recreate it.  Post both images together.

Theme Ideas

Post your theme ideas in the comments.  Try for things that have a broad interpretation.   I'm currently going for themes that have two words in them.  Like "Structured Fun" which allows for some brainstorming of both words independantly in addition to the whole phrase.

Theoretically, I might post when a new theme comes up.  Now I'm posting because I've extended the theme for another week.  Amy was the only one who posted this week with her amazing light paintings.  Maybe no one felt they could compete with that?

Whatever, let us all press on and take some photos.

I've finally followed through with my own stipulation in the rules about using old photos that you've taken long ago.  When in a pinch, it really helped to just scan the Flickr photostream rather than taking pictures, especially with this theme that makes me want to take my shots at night (and I keep forgetting).
